Stephanie graduated from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga with a bachelor degree in history and a minor in French. She was a member of Sigma Kappa Sorority and the French Honors Society. She received her law degree from the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law, where she was a member of Phi Alpha Delta Fraternity and served as Vice Justice her 3L year.  

After practicing in Tennessee and moving to Texas in March 2020, Stephanie worked in house at a real estate investment company and served as General Counsel for a small family office where she gained immeasurable experience focusing on a variety of matters, including all aspects of complex real estate transactions, corporate transactions such as entity formation and asset purchases, probate matters and trust and estate planning, aviation transactions, insurance matters and maritime law. She also worked for a small litigation firm where she represented clients in construction-related disputes, particularly breach of contract, project delay and inefficiency claims and mechanic’s lien and bond claims.  

Stephanie is licensed in both Texas and Tennessee. She is a member of the Dallas Bar Association and the Dallas Area Young Lawyers Association.  

In her spare time, Stephanie enjoys traveling, going to concerts, cheering on her Memphis Tigers and spending time with her dog, Levi. She is a volunteer with the Dallas Alzheimer’s Association and served as President of their Executive Leadership Team.
