Amy Waller is an of counsel attorney with expertise in commercial real estate matters. She graduated summa cum laude from the University of Texas at Dallas with a Bachelor of Arts degree and then went on to receive her J.D. from Baylor University, where she also graduated summa cum laude. During her time at Baylor, Amy served as Business Editor of the Baylor Law Review and published a comment in the Baylor Law Review concerning real estate title disputes.

Amy began her legal career with a boutique real estate firm in Dallas, where she represented clients in real estate acquisition and sales transactions, real estate financing, development of commercial properties, title review, and leasing for retail, office, and industrial properties. She is also experienced in entity formation and other aspects of corporate law in connection with real estate transactions. Amy was selected for The Best Lawyers in America 2026® for her work in commercial Real Estate law and has been honored on the Best Lawyers list since 2023.

As a Rockwall native, Amy welcomed the opportunity to join Lamberth Ratcliffe Covington, PLLC and move her practice to her hometown. Amy’s practice is enhanced by her background in her family’s commercial real estate business and her experience as a licensed real estate sales agent since 2014. Her industry knowledge and entrepreneurial perspective equip her as she seeks to understand each client’s specific business and legal needs, so she can most effectively serve each client.
